How the VISIA skin analysis works
Dr Alek Nikolic uses the latest edition of this top-of-the-line imaging unit, which means the detection of skin imperfections or blemishes will be incredibly precise. Below are the steps of how this revolutionary process works to get a detailed skin analysis:
Step 1
With a makeup-free and clean face, sit in front of the imaging unit. In this step, the capture module rotates around the face, and it captures facial images from left, right and front.
Step 2
A unique combination of Intelliflash, UV lighting and cross-polarized technologies are utilized to capture skin conditions on a surface and subsurface level, creating a comprehensive map of your skin.
Step 3
After the system generates an analysis of the client. An aesthetician will analyze your images for the following: wrinkles, UV spots, pores, porphyrins, hyperpigmentation, acne, rosacea, and brown spots which are some of the common problems.
Step 4
You will receive a report detailing the results of your skin analysis, which also include a percentile score to compare your skin with other individuals around the world with similar skin type and age.
Step 5
Our expert aesthetician will factor your results into their suggestion about what could be the best treatment plan for your skin. Follow-up visits are scheduled to optimize and review your skin results.
